I develop branding, creatively direct designs, launch and track marketing campaigns that are relevant, measurable, and meeting customer needs at every stage of the buyer’s journey. Creating strong, clean designs that are well researched makes me (and clients!) happy.

Lead Projects Lead Projects

I manage projects from brainstorming to delivery. Delegate tasks to team members, supervise process, give feedback, and incorporate lessons learned to maximize efficiency, creativity, and value to clients. I am responsible for meeting deadlines and budgets and that each project adheres to brand guidelines and best practices.

I develop solutions based on research and data. Determine client’s true needs and best solution to the problem and educate them on best practices. Solutions must align with brand mission, client/prospect behavior, and brand standards. Demonstrate ROI for new solutions to both measure success and get client buy-in.

I actively work to make the marketing department collaborative and forward looking. Educate team on INFORMS’ mission and how their goals fit into company goals. Provide mentoring and training while nurturing and motivating team, thereby creating a challenging and enjoyable place where team is growing, learning, and feeling valued.

I create and build a brand story based on the mission and vision statements of the brand. Create a narrative that resonates with stakeholders to increase engagement by creating an authentically human and highly personalized experience.

Manage Clients & Vendors Manage Clients & Vendors

I recruit and manage relationships with clients and vendors to act as partners on projects to ensure a holistic experience for both staff and clients. Recruit and manage freelancers, caterers, and suppliers for support on projects.

Located in Baltimore, Mary Leszczynski is the Director of Marketing for INFORMS, and and uses print, web, and social media to tell the story of how our members are saving the world. In her free time, she loves to read about design, is a type geek, and is a foodie who occasionally gets a chance to run a couple of miles.

I have the most incredible team in the world. Chemistry is something that can’t be underrated, it makes the tough times bearable and the good times joyful.
